more information +As every year we support Aktion Mensch.
more information +We are looking for hard- and software developers (m/f/d). If you can imagine taking on interesting positions in a small owner-managed company, please take a look at our job advertisements.
more information +Finally the revised website is launched. The modern design is also easy to read on mobile devices. The information content of the pages has been significantly increased, as has the clarity. Convince yourself and browse through our website. The complete website is also available in English.
Starting in the second half of 2017, several redesigns were carried out. The basis is the
CORE-5125, thus the computing power of the old designs was
increased by the factor 10-100. For the customer, no major changes to the application software
were usually necessary, as the RTOS-UH continues to be used as the operating system.
Further CAN modules have been newly developed on the basis of ARM processors, so that in future
not only the CAN bus will enable networking, but modern real-time Ethernet field buses can also be used.
An AddOn board has been developed for the Raspberry-Pi to improve the combustion behaviour of a wood-burning stove. For this purpose, the exhaust gas temperature is measured with a thermocouple and the stove flap is moved accordingly so that the combustion process is optimal. Less wood is needed and the exhaust gas values are significantly better. Operation can also be carried out from a smartphone via a web interface.
Completion of the order development for the control of an extrusion welding machine for
manual operation. We developed both the hardware and the software for the feed control as
well as for the heating. The special challenge was the environmental conditions, e.g. the
operation at an unregulated emergency power supply garden and accordingly a high robustness
against distortions!
The controller is based on an ARM processor and also includes a control unit with buttons
and display. The compact design allows it to be built as an integral part of the extruder.
In beautiful weather IEP celebrated its 30th birthday. The staff enjoyed the good food at temperatures of 25°C. After that, the rest of the day was free to fulfil the wishes of the customers with fresh energy in the new year.
Based on the CORE-5125 a controller for refrigerators was
developed. In addition to the up to 4 high-precision temperature inputs, 3 digital inputs are
available. Up to 10 outputs with 230 VAC / 16A are available for controlling the compressor
and other units.
Updates can be carried out on site or log files can be extracted from the device via the USB
port. An Ethernet connection or an RS485 interface allows several devices to be networked.
The touch screen and graphical user interface facilitate intuitive operation.
A potential-free alarm contact and emergency operation for 36 hours via a battery supply ensure
alarming and recording of temperatures even in the event of a power failure.
800 MIPS at less than 1 Watt power: The CORE-5125 is designed as a plug-in module for a base board.
All core elements required for operation (power supply, RAM, FLASH, RTC ...) are available on the CORE-5125.
The numerous integrated peripherals (LCD, CAN, Ethernet, PWM, SD card, digital I/O, etc.) allow a wide range of applications without the need for external components.
A DeviceNet slave implementation is available for some CAN modules.
read on +A CANopen® master is available for RTOS-UH. This enables the operation of CANopen® slaves from different manufacturers.
read on +After the revision of the MOCS5200, 2 Ethernet ports are available via an integrated switch. This makes it easy to implement line cabling. Power supply via Ethernet (PoE) is also possible.
read on +The EDS files for all our CANopen® slave modules are available online.
DownloadWith the CAN-AI8-16 analog input signals with 16-24 bit resolution can be acquired. There are 8 input channels available, 2 of which are always converted in parallel.
read on +The MOCS5200 offers a performance leap with the PowerPC processor MPC5200. The processor runs with 400 MHz and has 128 MByte DDR-RAM and 32 MByte FLASH on the board.
read on +The IF555-3 has been revised and is 33% smaller. The digital outputs can now switch any 0.4A, are suitable for inductive loads and protected against short circuits. The total current must not exceed 6A. The Ethernet interface can handle 100 MBit FullDuplex.
read on +A CANopen® implementation according to CiA® DS301 and DS401 profile is available for the CAN modules.
read on +The relay coupling module with 8 channels is available for the IF555-3 or CAN-555. The module can be equipped with mechanical relays or solid-state relays, also mixed. One switch per channel is available for ON-OFF-AUTO, which makes installation much easier.
read on +The universal CAN-555 board has been redesigned. The size could be almost halved,
the internal computing power was significantly increased, so that now a better
pre-processing of the measured values can take place.
There are also 16 digital inputs and outputs each as well as 16 analog inputs and 8
analog outputs available.
Development of the Real-Time Training Board (RTTB) for real-time training.
read on +With the CAN-MIO the direct control of 230 Volt consumers is possible. 3 maintenance-free SS relays switch up to 800 W per channel. Temperatures can be measured directly via the integrated Pt100 inputs.
